The process
I work exclusively with contractors from $100K to $10M. It all starts with an initial phone intake to discuss your employment needs. Then you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire to help me understand the current situation within your company. From there, I’ll recommend any changes we need to make before we start the search.
Next, I’ll launch an exhaustive search using job boards, search engines, local contacts and more. Candidate submissions will be screened and pre-qualified by me, including a phone or virtual interview. I’ll submit the top 2-4 candidates to you for your review. The final selection is yours to make.
Once you select your candidate, I’ll be there throughout the onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth transition. Together we’ll lay the groundwork to turn your newest employee into a long-term team member.
